Precision and process control
Our machining is built around close tolerance, high precision and on-time delivery. All 12 vertical machining centers carry a Renishaw spindle probe for work-piece set-up and in-cycle inspection, and our shop uses Schunk powered tool holding technology, a Haimer universal 3D sensor and smart cutting tool inventory management.
Inspection
From initial design to final inspection, our quality control processes are designed so that each component meets or exceeds our clients’ specifications.
